

This course is for conscious mothers who want to respond with intention, even when life feels messy. It's especially helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or stuck in reactive patterns — and want grounded, simple, sustainable tools backed by warmth and science. This is the Soul and Science of Mothering.

I am Jannie. I am a mindful mothering mentor, a hypnotherapist, and SleepTalk for Children consultant, with a background in behavioural physiology. I am also a private midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. I love supporting mothers and their families, both in those very early days "in the trenches", and as their children grow and the parenting challenges intensifies. I am on a mission to help other mums feel calm, confident, and connected — even when parenting feels chaotic. With my interest in nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and breathwork and, I help women shift old patterns, understand their triggers, and show up with presence.
